My stay at the hotel was quite underwhelming. The room I was given smelled strongly of bleach, had hairs on the bathroom floor, and showed signs of water damage that had not been fixed. Even though I reported these issues, no satisfactory solution was provided, and I had to endure staying in the same subpar room. It was definitely a far cry from my pleasant experience at the same hotel last year.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but unfortunately had about a half inch of standing water on the floor. Additionally, I found old trash under the beds, including a used condom. The faulty key reader was a major inconvenience that prevented me from entering my room easily.
